with “spare parts”.   This service provides you with all the essential frame
geometry and positioning set-up specs you need before purchasing your dream
machine! It utilizes a fully adjustable fit-bike with complete digital computer
analysis to for your ideal frame
size and set-up measurements.
This service will provide:
• Ideal frame size and geometry
• Seat height and seat fore-aft
• Optimal crank length using
adjustable VariCrank (165-185)
• Stem length and rise
• Handlebar drop and reach
• Assistance with finding the bike
and components right for you!

Dynamic Bike Sizing Follow-up Fit

This service is essential to “fine-tune” your new machine and optimize your fit!
This service will optimize power transfer, prevent injury, and maximize efficiency
and comfort on your new machine! It includes all the components of the

• Knee-to-pedal frontal alignment
• Leg length discrepancy measurement
• Fine-tune seat height, seat fore-aft, handlebar drop and reach
• Forefoot varus measurement and LeWedge placement
• Computerized real-time pedal stroke analysis: Computrainer Spin-Scan
• Trouble-shoot fit problems and issues
Test Duration: 2.0-2.5hrs
Cost: $175

Comprehensive Dynamic Bike Fit
YOUR CURRENT BIKE IS FITTED TO YOU FOR OPTIMAL POWER, EFFICIENCY
AND COMFORT!    Fit Options: Road racing, recreation/fitness road, Time Trial (Tri
set-up), MTB
This comprehensive service covers all aspects of proper fit...from feet to
fingertips! All measurements are painstakingly made using highly accurate digital
biomechanical computer analysis. Taken into account are individual abilities,
injuries, discomforts, flexibility, type of and riding/racing and topography.

• Seat Height determined by leg angle at bottom center
• Fore-aft determined by knee-over-axle measurement
• TT and Road positioning (drop, reach, arm extension and width)
• Optimal drop and reach determined with fully adjustable stem
• Computerized real-time pedal stroke analysis
• Cleat positioning and frontal alignment
• LeWedge placement (See explanation below)
• Adjustments are made to bike when possible. Recommendations listed when
adjustments are not possible.

Basic Dynamic Bike Fit
FOR: Road racing, recreation/
fitness road, Time Trial (Tri
set-up), MTB. This covers the
essentials of proper positioning
on your bike. IT DOES NOT
INCLUDE CLEAT ALIGNMENT
OR SPIN-SCAN PEDAL STROKE
ANALYSIS.    It will dial you into
your ideal seat height, seat
fore-aft, and handlebar position. All measurements are made using digital video
and computer analysis with attention to individual needs.
• Seat Height determined by optimal leg angle at bottom center
• Fore-aft determined by knee-over-axle measurement
• TT and Road aero positioning
• Optimal drop and reach determined with fully adjustable stem
• Adjustments are made to bike when possible.
• Precise component recommendations provided to optimize set-up
Test Duration: 1.5 - 2.0
Cost: $195

Upgrades:
Cleat alignment and LeWedge placement: $60. Wedges: $3.00each. (2nd
pair of shoes $20 additional)
Computrainer Spin Scan Pedal Stroke Analysis: $60.
*Second Bike-Different Set-up: $175 (Road/TT)
Test Duration: 1.5-2.0hr
*Price applies to fit on second bike during same fit appointment. Cleat alignment,
wedge placement, and spin-scan additional. If only minor changes need to be
made to second bike and it takes less time than anticipated to complete fit, you
will not be charged the full fee.

Bike Fit Follow-up and Fine Tuning
Following a bike fit session, it may require some time on the bike to confirm that
the adjustments made will work for you. You may also require a “fine-tuning”
following new component purchases, changes in fitness or flexibility, changes in
the type of riding you will be doing, or if your bike did not get put back together
properly following a trip!
Test Duration: Time will vary depending on level of service required.
Cost: $40per ½ hr. $80 minimum
