Roark Custom Titanium Bike Fit
Vern LaMere, M.S. founder of FitTech, Inc. is THE Custom Roark Authorized Bike Sizing Specialist.
He has been custom fitting bikes for Roark since 2000. His process is based on the latest in bike
sizing research, his extensive background as an exercise physiologist, and his knowledge of
human movement and biomechanics.  He also draws from 25 years as a competitive cyclist and
multi-sport athlete.

But most importantly, the custom fit is based on YOU, the cyclist: Your cycling goals and riding
preferences, your experience and background, your fitness level, flexibility, injuries, and any
orthopedic limitations.  It is truly a “Custom Fit”!

Vern is Certified F.I.S.T. Triathlon/Time Trial Bike Fit Specialist.

"The whole experience working with Vern LaMere has been a positive one. He uses computer
digital analysis to dial in your optimal riding position.  This method allows more precision than
static measurements that most fittings use, but also takes into account various body-segment
positions while riding.  Personally, I ride with a toe down position which affects not only my frame
size but also my positioning on the bike. The digital videos taken while I was riding were able to
identify and account for my pedaling style much more than static methods or standard photographs
could.  Vern is great to work with and will take all the time necessary to get you in the best position
to ride your fastest."
