WHAT DOES 2ND WIND MEAN?

All of us reach a point in life whether in the sports arena, business world or our
personal affairs where we feel like giving up.   We’ve exhausted all our energy and
wonder if it’s worth the struggle.  Both the mind and the body seem to be protesting.
But if we persevere and go the distance, we are rewarded with what runners call a
“second wind.”  There is a sudden renewal of energy and joy.  This heightened state
of mind brings a keen awareness and appreciation of the world around us.  Sights,
smells, sounds, tastes and the feeling about our position in the world are more vivid
than ever.  At this moment, there is a powerful connection between the mind and soul
and we feel fully alive.
Unfortunately, many give up as soon as they feel the least bit of discomfort.  They
miss out on the euphoria. Discouragement clouds their vision and insecurity leaves
them immobile.
Cheryl Hart wants to share the knowledge she’s gained through years of experience
to show you how to find renewed energy and joy.  She has proven over and over
again that it’s never too late to get that “2nd Wind.
